We live in an age where evil is called good, and good evil. Christians can grow discouraged and disillusioned. However, the children of light must not be afraid of the darkness but live in hope, remembering that Jesus came preaching the gospel of the kingdom. This message of hope has personal application and consequential implications for the world groaning under the curse. It is this gospel of the King and His Kingdom that brings hope, forgiveness, and righteousness. In the time of the apostles, the proclamation “Jesus is King” turned the world upside down, changing the course of history.
“These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also … and they are all acting against the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, Jesus” (Acts 17:6–7).
This conference will seek to make clear the gospel of the King and His Kingdom and how it applies to all of life. In the end, we’ll see Christ as the mighty King and Savior and the gospel of the kingdom as the rallying cry of our generation. Through this, may we see souls saved, His will done, His name exalted, and the world turned upside down once more!
