Dr. Charles "Chuck" Barrett serves as Associate Pastor of Wayside Presbyterian Church (PCA) on Signal Mountain, Tennessee, where he has served for over 7 years. He grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where his father was an Old Testament Professor at Bob Jones University and where Chuck also earned a B.A., M.A. in Theology, and Ph.D. in church history. Before coming to Wayside, Chuck served as the Interim President and Professor of Theology at Geneva Reformed Seminary in Greenville and an Assistant Pastor at a local Presbyterian church there. He serves as Adjunct Professor at Belhaven University, Chattanooga, and has written for several publications. He loves reading, hiking, kayaking, and cycling. Chuck and his wife, Bridget, have two children.
