Dr. H. Michael Shultz Jr. began preaching and teaching itinerantly in 2007, and accepted his first pastorate in 2011. In 2019, he accepted the call to pastor Antioch Baptist Church in Lewisburg, KY., and in that time he and his wife have been blessed with two precious daughters.

A firm believer in the mission and work of Forge Theological Seminary, Shultz serves as Associate Professor of Church History, is a member of the Board of Trustees, and is the General Editor of the Seminary’s Academic Journal, Ecclesia Militans. Aside from his work as a pastor
and professor, Shultz also works as a Senior Editor for the Holy Scriptures Bible Society and a Chaplain (Captain) for the Civil Air Patrol.
